How do I make a return?

Absolutely! We want you to love your mat, but if it's not the perfect fit, no worries. Just email us at support@place.yoga within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help you process the return.

Is there a cost for return shipping?

Yes, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund once your return is processed. We’ll provide a return shipping label for your convenience.

What’s the processing time for orders?

We usually process orders within 2-3 business days. If there are any delays, we’ll keep you in the loop!

Can I order from outside the US?

Currently, we’re only shipping within the U.S., but stay tuned - global expansion is on the horizon! If you have a special request, feel free to reach out to us directly at support@place.yoga, and we’ll do our best to make it happen. We’re here to help!

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We work quickly to get your order ready, so if you need to make any changes, please reach out to us within 24 hours at support@place.yoga, and we’ll do our best to assist.
